I’ve always been fascinated with why people do what they do, what makes us tick. My specialties are attachment theory, existentialism and humanistic theory, psychological trauma and narcissistic relationship recovery. CBT and narrative therapy are my jam as well as Eastern philosophy. I’m the proud mom of two amazing adults who also have devoted their lives to helping others. I’m also the mom of a very needy cat.
